First steps in the new ground up custom home in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Home will be built in the Japandi style. A mix of Japanese and Scandinavian aesthics. Black box style exterior and calm soothing natural interior makes this a fun and exciting project. The double lot was completely overgrown and was actually hiding a red truck! We have the rough grading done and foundation is staked. Next we have the slab and then it gets framed!
