This morning I had the opportunity to present the FACER Project to USDOL, Region 2 Federal Project Officers. I designed this 3 week paid internship to help so many - I know it like the back of my hand and I still was a little nervous - but what makes us unique and best for the job of implementing our design is that we:

DIRECTLY REPRESENT THE TARGET POPULATIONS WE SERVE💚

FLIPP Inc will always approach every project and program with a non-judgmental lens and fluid application to minimizing the barriers.

We are the ONLY one of our demographic on the panel and our ground-game strategy is unmatched.

I’m looking forward to designing & implementing many more influential funded projects.

She made me so proud as we discussed a high-level plan when I asked her about #’s. And she not only knew the numbers but she has a BUDGET and it’s in black & white😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Soooo - I won’t be submitting this as a lead applicant again for USDOL but you best believe I’m backing them up & extending the revamped blueprint 😉

The department will award 12 to 25 grants, ranging from $1 million to $8 million, in three categories depending on the geographic scope:

✨ Category 1 – Ensuring equitable Registered Apprenticeship Program pathways and partnerships through pre-apprenticeship leading to Registered Apprenticeship enrollment.

✨ Category 2 – Creation of education system-aligned pre-apprenticeship programs and Registered Apprenticeship programs.

✨ Category 3 – Registered Apprenticeship hubs.

Biden-Harris Administration announces nearly $200M available in grants to expand Registered Apprenticeships The .gov means it’s official. Federal government websites often end in .gov or .mil. Before sharing sensitive information, make sure you’re on a federal government site.

Huge congratulations to one of Right Array, LLC’s Pennsylvania clients on being awarded their newest $5,000,000 moving and storage services contract - this is a STATEWIDE contract for one year thru 02/28/2025.

We’ve been happy to work with him over this last year under our Minority Certification & Government Contracting Service.

This is the second contract we have worked with him & the State of Pennsylvania’s Procurement office to have awarded to him within the last 3 months.

In total, his company has been awarded a little over $1.1 million 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸

As we approach the 2nd half of black history month let’s celebrate those BIPOC led organizations leading the charge to ensure DEIA with high-quality training in those high-paying in-demand sectors.

Chelsea Steiniger has set this year off right. A huge congratulations is due for her passing the NABCEP PV Associate examination.

Verification/confirmation was received this afternoon.

The CREED Project was designed as an innovative emerging solution to inform evidenced-based approaches. FLIPP Inc designed and executed a novel project which focused on a disadvantaged population that is locked up and routinely upon release - LOCKED🔒OUT - of society.

Achievement of the NABCEP PV Associate Exam is a way for candidates to demonstrate that they have achieved a basic knowledge of the fundamental principles of the application, design, installation and operation of grid-tied and stand-alone PV Systems.

Kudos to you Chelsea on this remarkable achievement.
