🐾 $5 FRIDAY FOR LOLA 🐾

When Lola came into rescue, our plan was pretty straightforward: get this little senior girl spayed, have her dental done, and find her the best forever home possible. But as soon as we met her, we saw her ears and realized she would need more help than we anticipated…

Her ears are in horrible condition and she has clearly been dealing with significant discomfort for years. The condition of her ears is caused from recurring ear infections that went untreated. Our vet had us try prednisone to help reduce the swelling but unfortunately, it didn’t help. 😔

Today, Lola had her spay and dental surgery. This poor little girl needed a lot of dental work. In fact, Lola now has no teeth left. She did great through surgery, and while it’s heartbreaking to think about the pain she must have been in, we know she is going to feel SO much relief once her mouth has had time to heal.

Unfortunately, her ears are still a major concern. Our next step is getting Lola in to see a soft tissue surgeon to perform a TECA which will unfortunately render her deaf but will finally give her relief. She is the sweetest girl and currently has to wear a cone to stop her from scratching at her ears. 😭

So while Lola is recovering from today’s surgery, her medical journey is far from over. These expenses are adding up quickly so we are asking our amazing supporters to give $5 (or more!) to help with Lola’s vet bills.

This absolutely adorable girl is Cosette! 😍 She is a 2 year old Shih Tzu/ Yorkie (Shorkie) and weighs 11 pounds!

This little queen is ready to steal your heart, and your couch! She adores her toys and treats, but what she loves most is YOU! 🥰 Cosette lives for snuggles, belly scratches, and being the center of attention. She is a true confident girl at heart! Cosette gets along well with other dogs and would do best with a smaller or more laid back companion. That said, she’d be just as happy as an only dog, soaking up all the love in the house.

🍀💚 SULLIVAN 💚🍀

This handsome boy is Sullivan! 😍 He is a small mixed breed who weighs only 5 pounds and is not expected to get much, if any, bigger! He is estimated to about 9 months old.

Sullivan may be tiny, but he has a BIG personality and energy to keep you smiling all day long. He is friendly with everyone he meets and would much rather be in your lap getting attention than hanging out with other dogs. He’s definitely a people pup and the definition of a velcro dog! He still has plenty of puppy energy and loves to play, explore, and keep busy, so his new family should be ready for a fun, spunky little companion. He’s the perfect size for lots of cuddles and he’s sure to bring a whole lot of joy into your life!

🧡 DECLAN 🧡

Declan is an adorable 1-year-old Maltese/ Miniature Poodle (Maltipoo) and he weighs 14 pounds.

Declan is the perfect combination of sweet, silly, and affectionate! He is totally full of personality. Declan loves other dogs, but more than anything, he wants to be right by his humans. He absolutely loves attention, pets, and belly rubs and has mastered the cutest upside-down position when he’s ready for some extra love.

Declan is a wonderful little guy who has so many things going for him. He loves ALL toys, walks nicely on a leash, and is completely unbothered by loud noises. He doesn’t mind wearing clothes or bandannas and happily lets you wipe his paws after a walk.

Overall, he is a loving, playful, easygoing boy who just wants to be part of a family and shower his people with affection. We can’t wait to see Declan find the loving home he deserves. 🏡❤️

Hudson is a sweet 6-month-old Italian Greyhound puppy. He currently weighs just under 12 pounds.

Hudson is a bit shy when meeting new people but once he gets to know you, his personality really shines! He is very affectionate, friendly, and loves being with his people. He also enjoys other friendly small dogs and would thrive living with a confident canine companion who can help show him the ropes. We think he would quickly bond with another friendly, confident dog and benefit from having a buddy by his side. We believe his confidence will continue to blossom as he gains positive experiences and learns that the world isn’t so scary.

Hudson isn’t looking for just any home, he’s looking for his person. Someone patient enough to let him come out of his shell, experienced enough to understand an Italian Greyhound’s sensitive nature, and willing to celebrate every little bit of progress along the way. It’s $5 Friday, and today we’re asking our Tiny Paws family to come together for a very special senior boy we pulled from the shelter. ❤️

Sweet Annatto will be getting a much-needed dental. This boy also has vision loss and skin issues and is receiving a medicated bath every other day.

✨ Bella Pupdate! ✨

Our sweet girl is gaining weight and yesterday, she picked up a TOY for the first time! 🥹💗

She’s slowly learning how to be a dog, and watching her discover all the little joys of life has been so special. We’re so happy to play a part in Bella’s journey of healing and, eventually, finding her forever home where she’ll be loved and cherished the way she always deserved.
