If untangling necklaces is usually part of your vacation itinerary…try this.

I refuse to spend the first 20 minutes of a trip trying to separate five necklaces that have somehow become one giant necklace.

So I started doing something ridiculously simple:

Lay your necklaces flat on a towel, roll it up, and put the whole thing in your suitcase.

That’s it.

No special jewelry organizer. No individual bags. And when I got to Boston and unrolled them…ZERO tangles. 🙌

Sometimes the best style tricks are the ones that make getting dressed just a little easier—especially when you’re traveling.

Save this before your next trip and follow Pink Poppy for simple style ideas that make getting dressed (and packing!) a little easier.

And if you have a travel jewelry trick I need to know, tell me. 👇

Two more spaces have officially been chosen.

The fireplace and the kitchen are next up in this renovation project—and before we touch either one, I wanted you to see where we’re starting.

These are the BEFORES.

We’ve already made some pretty major changes in this house, but these two spaces are going to be fun because there’s a LOT we can do with them.

And no, I’m not showing you all the plans yet. Where’s the fun in that? 😂

I want you to see these spaces now…and then watch them change right along with us.

Follow Pink Poppy because the kitchen + fireplace transformations start next.

And before we get started: which one do you want to see transformed first—the kitchen or the fireplace?

Game day, but make it cute. 💙💛
We’ve been having so much fun making these handmade brooches for Georgia Tech fans.

Pin one on your sweater, jacket, scarf, or bag for the perfect little game day detail.

And the best part? We can make these for other teams too.

Which one is your favorite?
Message us if you’d like one made for your team.

Sometimes the best way to make a room bigger…is to steal a little space from the room next door. 👀

That’s exactly what we did with this bathroom.

The closet door originally opened from the bathroom, so we moved the entrance into the bedroom. That gave us more usable space in the bathroom—and gave us the perfect excuse to do something WAY more fun with the closet entrance.

A bookshelf that’s actually a secret door. 🤫

And now the bathroom is finally starting to look like the dark, moody space we envisioned.

The shower is done—including ADA safety rails designed right into the space.
The new cabinet and countertop are in.
The extra space is making sense.
And we are getting SO close to the finished room.

Because a beautiful space still needs to work for the person living in it.

Whether that means rethinking a floor plan, incorporating accessibility features, finding more storage, or simply making the room feel more like you, those practical details are part of the design too.

That’s one of my favorite parts of a Pink Poppy Home Reset. Sometimes making a space better isn’t about decorating it differently. It’s about looking at how you actually live in it and asking, “What could we do differently?”

I cannot wait to show you the finished bathroom.

But first—be honest. Would you put a secret bookshelf door in your house?

If your jewelry could have come from anyone’s jewelry box…maybe it’s time for something with a little more personality.

This is Leah making one of our Pink Poppy necklaces by hand.

Choosing the pieces.
Playing with the combination.
Changing things until it feels right.

And that’s one of the things we love most about handmade jewelry.

It doesn’t have to match everything.

It doesn’t have to be what everyone else is wearing.

It just has to make you look in the mirror and think, yep. That feels like me.

Because sometimes the easiest way to make the clothes you already own feel completely different isn’t buying another outfit.

It’s adding one really good piece of jewelry.

What does your jewelry usually say about you: colorful, classic, bold, quirky, minimal—or something else entirely?

Picking charms should be fun.

But when you’re staring at trays full of them?

Suddenly you forget everything you’ve ever liked.

So if you never know which charms to choose, start with these 4 things:

1. Something you love.

Your dog.
Books.
Travel.
Coffee.
Music.
The beach.
Whatever feels very you.

2. Someone you love.

An initial.
A birthstone.
A symbol that reminds you of someone.
Something only the two of you would understand.

3. Something that makes you laugh.

This is where it gets fun.

Pick the weird charm.
The unexpected one.
The one that makes absolutely no sense to anyone else.

4. Something you just think is pretty.

Not every charm needs a story.

Sometimes “I liked it” is the entire reason.

And honestly?

Those four things together usually tell a pretty good story about who you are.

That’s what we love about our Charm Bar.

You can stand next to someone looking through the exact same trays…

and create two completely different pieces.

No perfect combination.

No rules.

Just jewelry that feels a little more like you.

Which one would take over your necklace: something you love, someone you love, something funny, or something pretty?

If finding clothes you actually want to wear feels like a second job, let us do it for you.

You tell us about your style, your size, your lifestyle and what you’re hoping to find. Then we search for pieces chosen specifically with you in mind.

No digging through crowded racks.

No wondering whether something works with the rest of your wardrobe.

And no being left with a box of clothes and no idea how to style them.

Every Personalized Thrift Clothing Bundle includes thoughtful communication and a styling video explaining what we chose, why we chose it and how we envision you wearing it.

But you don’t have to take our word for it.

“But you don’t look like you’re in pain.”

These pictures show me smiling, spending time with people I love, working events and helping build Pink Poppy.

What they don’t show is the chronic pain that is with me almost every day.

I’ve been living with it since 2008. Over the years, it has changed my career, my plans, my relationships and what I’m physically able to do. It was also one of the reasons I needed to find a new way to work.

Pink Poppy has given me the opportunity to create something meaningful while building a life that can bend around the unpredictable days.

But that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

Sometimes I use nearly every spoon I have to show up for an event. I may be smiling, laughing and enjoying every minute—and then spend the next two days completely exhausted or in even more pain.

I don’t smile because the pain isn’t real. I smile because pain already takes enough from me, and I refuse to let it take every bit of joy too.

September is Chronic Pain Awareness Month. We’re sharing this because invisible pain is still pain, and you never really know what it may have taken for someone to show up that day.

If you’re living with chronic pain too, you’re not alone. You are part of a community that understands.

And if someone trusts you enough to tell you they’re hurting, believe them—even if they’re smiling.
