Coming to us from Boise Automotive (https://www.facebook.com/boiseautomotiveservice) the custom rear bumper, tire carrier set up for their expedition truck. The chassis is a Chevrolet 2500 HD. The lower portion of the bed behind the rear bumper was trimmed off and the bumper ends caps where extended to fill the gap.

Haven’t built one of these Express van bumpers since 2003 if you can believe that. The design drawings were a little lacking in details so we decided to get a hold of a truck and do it just fit before we ship this thing. Glad we did, a couple little changes to be made.
