The Well Collective

In the Bible, the term "church" is derived from the Greek word "ekklesia," which means "a calling out." However, it never refers to a physical structure or meeting place, but always denotes the individuals who have been called out by God from society to serve Him. The Church, as described in the Bible, is not a lifeless building of stone, but rather a community of compassionate and loving individuals specifically chosen by God. Within the Scriptures, the term "church" can encompass a group of believers in a particular location, such as a city or region, or it can encompass the entirety of believers whom God has called. Therefore, a building without worshippers cannot genuinely be considered a church in the biblical sense. The New Testament Church consists of people who have been called out by God from the world's society, regardless of whether they gather in a rented hall or on a grassy hillside. While many or our churches today are structured with production outlines, programs and beautiful marketing campaigns designed to attract people through the doors of their auditoriums, the other side of this often means extensive board meetings and "church politics" begin to water down the atmosphere for the HOLY SPIRIT to come. While our talented worship leaders within The Well Collective are actively involved and connected with various ministries, it's important to note that The Well Collective Worship Band operates differently. The Well Collective is a group of exceptional worship leaders who unite in complete surrender with the sole purpose of bringing glory to our LORD Jesus, free from distractions. If you're seeking a revival or worship event and desire The Well Collective to lead, we invite you to reach out to us. We are passionate about creating an environment where the focus remains solely on worshiping and exalting our LORD.
