This was a huge job in Atl, subfloor was completely rotten from 3 different leaks in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. We fixed the leaks, corrected the subfloor, installed new floors and trims. New paint job and as a bonus we changed out all light fixtures. Looks like a brand new house to me. 🤩🤩
