My Wife’s Postpartum Protein Shake 🥤💪🏾

Since Duana’s been postpartum and breastfeeding, I wanted to make her a shake that was filling, high in protein, and packed with some extras to support her nutrition while she’s recovering and getting back into her routine.

Here’s what we use:

12–14 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Body Fortress chocolate protein powder
50g oat flour
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 serving super greens
1 serving Benefiber
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp honey

How we make it:
Add everything to the blender and blend until completely smooth. If you want it a little thinner, just add a splash more almond milk.

Quick, easy, high in protein, and one less meal to think about during a busy morning with a new baby.
