The chaos isn’t in your head. It’s in your operations. Those are two very different problems.
One requires a belief shift. The other requires architecture.

If you fixed the mindset and the problem is still there, it’s architectural.
I say this kindly, because I’ve watched brilliant women spend years on inner work while the outer structure of their business stayed broken.
And then they blamed themselves for not shifting far enough.
That’s not what was happening.
What was happening was a business that was never designed to hold everything they were trying to build inside it.
That’s not a you problem. That’s a build problem.

Maggie's books hadn’t been reconciled in two years when we started working together.

She’s done the mindset work. She went to the retreats. She shifted the beliefs. She’s still overwhelmed.
This is the shift that happened in 2024–2025 in women’s business communities.

Here’s what I know:
Mindset work is real, and it matters. And it cannot fix a structural problem. You can believe bigger and still have a business that bottlenecks on you.
You can vibrate higher and still have books you can’t read.
The problem is operational. And that is actually good news, because operations can be fixed.

Your books being a mess is not a money problem. It’s a data problem.
And data problems are 100% fixable.
I say this because one of the first things I do in a Divergent Strategy Intensive™ is look at the financial picture, and I’ve never once had a client who had perfect books going in.
Not because they’re irresponsible.
Because they’re running a business by themselves, under pressure, without infrastructure that makes accurate tracking the easy path.

How can I be making $300K and still feel this broke?

Here’s what’s true: revenue going up and cash flow feeling wrong is not a math problem. It’s an infrastructure problem.
The 2025 Federal Reserve Small Business Credit Survey found that 51% of small business owners cite uneven cash flow as a top challenge.
And most of them are hitting their revenue goals.
The money is going somewhere.
