The Mouse family has just arrived for a day at the beach, and what might they get up to first? It seems Dad Mouse is opting for some seaside lounging… As for Little Sister, a few tasty snacks are first on the agenda.

With floats and surfboards for the whole family, Dad Mouse has the car packed and ready for the beach. It is sure to be a day filled with gentle waves, playful splashes, and plenty of lounging by the water’s edge.

After a full day of grand exploration, the Big Brother Mice are quite glad to set up camp. Settling in for a cosy fireside supper, they share stories from the day and wonder what adventures tomorrow might bring.

It is a quiet, sunny afternoon, and the great outdoors is beckoning… but so, it seems, is the rumble in Big Brother Mouse’s tummy. A tasty picnic in the open air sounds like just the thing.

Little Brother Mouse is quite keen to take a dip, but is looking for a friend to join. Perhaps a plush teddy bear would like to come along? A bit of honey just might persuade him…

Playtime is over, and Little Sister Mouse is about ready to head out. While she just manages to hop in the car, it seems the Maileg friends have already fallen fast asleep - surely dreaming of the afternoon’s wondrous adventures.

The Maileg friends huddle around for a special celebration, eager to enjoy the tasty cakes they have prepared. As the singing is about to commence, a plush elephant notices that a particularly hungry young crocodile simply cannot seem to wait…

A few of the Maileg friends are spending the day minding the babies. While a plush bear and teddy baby snuggle down in a cosy corner, the crocodiles have drawn a young bunny into a marvellous game of hide and seek.

For some, a bedtime routine brings about a quiet sense of calm… for others, it can be a rather active time of day! While a young Elephant enjoys the first evening soak, the others await their turn with some creative climbing and topsy-turvy mischief…

It seems a young crocodile has happened upon some tea and treats - and my, does this friend have a sweet tooth! The Beautician Mouse takes notice, and is quite ready to help tidy those teeth. Please, dear friend, do not forget to brush!
