Lashes and MustASHES

I am honored to share this announcement from Alexis Winning Solutions, LLC.
I am pleased to serve as Chief Strategy Officer, supporting the development and ex*****on of AWS’s local, national, African, and global strategy. I will also serve as Executive Lead of the Strategic Projects Readiness & Partner Qualification Division and provide leadership to designated initiatives, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Strategic Projects Initiative.
This opportunity is meaningful to me because it reflects the work I have committed my career to: helping organizations move from vision to disciplined ex*****on.

The importance of this role is not simply in the title, but in the responsibility. Strategy creates value only when it is supported by organizational readiness, sound governance, clear priorities, qualified partners, disciplined ex*****on, and measurable results.

I am grateful for the confidence Mr. Bethea and the AWS leadership team have placed in me. I will continue serving in my existing professional capacities while taking on this additional executive responsibility, and I look forward to contributing to the meaningful work ahead.

I would love for 5 more of my fellow B/SOTL to join me and close out the June Challenge strong!

If you have been watching, considering, or waiting for the right time, this is it.

Niihara International is building a movement around access, hope, and action for families impacted by sickle cell disease in India, Africa, and communities around the world.

The challenge is simple.
Buy shares.
Share the story.
Challenge three more people to step in.

One decision today can help create momentum that reaches far beyond June. It can help open doors to awareness, connection, and better access to care for the families who need it most.

Do not let the campaign close without being part of it.

Join the movement today at NIIHARAINTERNATIONAL.COM
Buy shares. Share hope. Build the movement.

Investing involves risk. Please review the Offering Circular before investing. No guaranteed return.

Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is a solemn reminder that freedom has never been free. It has been protected by courage, carried by sacrifice, and paid for by those who never came home.

To the families who live with that loss every day, we honor you as well. Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

May we always remember the cost of the freedoms we enjoy, and may we carry that gratitude with humility and respect.

Today, we remember them.

EDUCATE. ELEVATE. EXPERIENCE.
That’s the Lashes and MustASHES way.

At Lashes and MustASHES, everything we execute is custom-designed. From concept to completion, we deliver with precision, creativity, and unmatched customer service. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the repeat and referral business we proudly earn year after year.

Let’s be clear:
We are not a cigar vendor who simply sets up to sell ci**rs.

We are a premier upscale portable event production company—with or without ci**rs.

Lashes and MustASHES produces bespoke portable cigar and non-cigar lounge experiences for:

* Private celebrations
* Corporate events
* Nonprofit receptions
* Product-to-consumer convergence marketing activations
* Luxury weddings & groom experiences
* Tailgates, tastings, and curated lifestyle gatherings

Every experience is uniquely crafted to align with your vision, logistics, and budget.

As featured by Thrillist:
“That something else you’ve awaited far too long.”
“Brilliantly bringing you not just stogies, but the whole damn Cigar Lounge!”

Scale. Scope. Budget.— That’s up to you.
Delivering the WOW factor? — Leave that to us.

Create moments. Spark conversations. Make memories.
