I'm without Internet for almost a week now! Thanks to CenturyLink for dropping the ball a few times by now. It's almost impossible to get them on the phone and get any proper service. We don't have any other Internet providers in our area and they are taking a full advantage of it.

CenturyLink, you successfully made it very difficult to receive anything from your customer no service! You have very unreliable service and no desire to help your customers on time.
