Big things are coming to the neighborhood! Following rezoning approval from the Alpharetta City Council, the vision for North Point’s transformation can take another step forward.
Picture an NHL-ready arena, entertainment and cultural venues, hotels, retail, dining, residences, and more, all surrounded by more than 20 acres of parks, plazas, and trails. Safe to say, there is plenty on the horizon.

Lace up, ladies. Last week, we welcomed P.E.O International for a neighborhood walk filled with good conversation and a delicious lunch to top it off.
P.E.O. is dedicated to helping women pursue their educational goals while building a community that goes the extra mile.
Here’s the latest news, neighbors. The Alpharetta Planning Commission has approved our plans to transform North Point Mall into a mixed-use sports and entertainment district aimed at attracting an NHL team.
A big thank you to the Planning Commission for its support of this project and to our community for sharing in the excitement around transforming our site into a regional destination for generations to come. We’re excited to continue moving the process forward and planning for the future.
