Our GTC Radiography students are learning that great patient care starts long before the exposure button is pushed! From infection control to patient safety, we’re building the skills—and the habits—that make great technologists. 💙☢️

And judging by all those blue gloves… we understood the assignment. 😄

As future radiologic technologists, GTC Rad Tech students are entering a profession that depends on advocacy, education, professional standards, and strong representation. GSRT connects students and technologists across Georgia while providing opportunities for professional development, networking, continuing education, and advocacy for medical imaging professionals.

Getting involved as a student is the first step toward becoming not just a great technologist, but an engaged professional who helps move our profession forward.

Last night was the 14th annual Georgia Delta Chi Omega chapter of Lambda Nu induction ceremony. Congrats to these Rad Tech honors students on this wonderful achievement! 🤓💀🤓

That’s a wrap folks! Last night we got to celebrate the 41st class of spectacular Radiologic Technologist graduates from the class of 2026. Nearly all of these folks already have found jobs, and all 18 who have attempted the ARRT registry this week have passed with flying colors. It’s bittersweet watching them leave but I know they will go on to do great things for our profession. we tired but it’s a happy tired

A couple students made the trek with GTC faculty to attend this year’s Georgia Society of Radiologic Technologists Inc. Annual Meeting on St. Simon’s Island this weekend. We heard some great lectures and updates on licensure advocacy for the state.

We would also like to recognize junior student Gavin as the winner of the GSRT Kay and Frank Gilder Memorial Scholarship. Congrats Gavin!
