I consider today my first "official" day for retirement from the GA Lottery as the last week of December would have been a vacay anyway and the first week of January I would have asked to have off as I booked a commercial so today... is the first time I won't be going in to do the Evening, Mega Millions or Night drawings. Feels a little weird as we would normally be eating dinner now so I could leave at 5:30pm to get to WSB by 6. Let's see if I drive Amy Giroud Crow and Evan crazy! Pic is of some of the actors from our Buenos Aires shoot. Great group of peeps!

BIG NEWS!

I’m calling it quits… quits-ish. No, not quidditch😬

After 17 years of announcing nightly winning lottery numbers, giving out millions and billions of dollars to players, traveling the state hosting events, meeting thousands of players and representing the Georgia Lottery and WSB-TV with fun, passion and integrity, I am choosing to start a “soft retirement” to spend more time with my family.

I felt like I hit the jackpot when I won a talent search back in 2008 to become the first official Host & Spokesperson for the Georgia Lottery. I appreciate all the opportunities provided by the Georgia Lottery and WSB-TV.

This is not goodbye but a “see you again soon” as I’ve told the Georgia Lottery and WSB-TV that I am happy to fill in when needed for drawings, promos, etc.

My last day of full drawings will be Friday, December 26th. If you want to catch me that Friday, I will be doing ALL of the drawings that day so please tune in (12:29pm, 6:59pm, 11pm - Mega Millions, 11:34pm) if you can!
