This is so cool! I worked with Rachel to find her first place, sell it 2 years later, and purchase a new one in this complicated 2022 real estate market. It’s awesome and humbling to hear about the journey from her side. I’m so thankful for the trust that all of my clients/friends put in me and my team.

Annual update time! 2021 has been a wild ride. I transitioned out of selling real estate full-time (but I can still help you and your friends!!) and leaned into my new role of Director of Training for the Justin Landis Group. This year I trained 19 brand new agents and took over all training for the entire team. It’s been a fantastic mix of my two passions: teaching and real estate. Over 90% of my students have gotten their first contracts in under 90 days, which far outpaces industry averages.
If that wasn’t enough, we stepped away from our old brokerage and started a new one!! Bolst is a small, yet rapidly growing, start-up real estate brokerage with a mission to end homelessness, push for affordable housing, and make housing education more available for people in underserved communities.
And we’ve already been putting our money where our mouth is. We’ve raised over $150k for charities, and we’ve partnered with several organizations to provide free housing education.
It’s been a hell of a ride and I can’t wait to see where 2022 takes us!!
