Our Community Yard Sales are back!

We will be having our community yard sale on Saturday, September 19th from 8-4 pm. So get your items ready!

We will advertise on NextDoor and on FB, where possible. We will also have a sign in the front of our neighborhood the Sunday preceding the yard sale. However, feel free to also share on your own personal social media pages, especially if you plan on selling! If you need a copy of the attached photo, reach out to us on our HOA Messenger.

Mark your calendars for the annual HOA Kick Off to Summer Pool Party. We'd love to see you there!

Date: Saturday, June 6th
Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Ivy Springs Pool

We’ll be grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs, so come hungry! Bring your swimsuits, towels, and whatever floats your boat — literally. It’s a great chance to relax, meet neighbors, and kick off summer together.

Hi, Neighbors!

I got to the pool around 5 PM today and a neighbor let me know that someone had thrown up at the side of the pool on the cement area. I sprayed the throw up out into the grass area with the hose and put some germicidal bleach on the whole area, including the path it was washed off to the grass. I let the bleach sit for over 20 minutes before washing it off. I checked with the pool company and they said we are good to go! The pool and pool area are safe to be in.
