This rockstar duo already makes a huge impact in the Best Buddies community! Araba serves on our Advisory Board, while Tonya is a faculty advisor for the Best Buddies club at her school and is an outstanding teacher!

We’re so excited to have Araba and Tonya joining us for this year’s Best Buddies Gala and helping champion a world of friendship, inclusion, and opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 🫶

I feel the same. 🙏🏾

This video hit me hard.

I have moments when I feel really down - sometimes longer than I should.

But then I’ll get blessed by a sudden memory (or an angel who God placed in my life’s journey may call or show up at the right time with a kind word or deed).

And it reminds me that there has NEVER been a hole, setback or trauma that God hasn’t pulled me from. He is always ON TIME.

I really feel for those who are unable to look back and see how God has brought them from a mighty long way and into supernatural favor.

Blessings make you want to be better, do better.

Our only charge is to pay it forward with the purest of hearts. No one needs to know.

It is not lost on me that there are those who endure suffering for much longer and much more severely than I have. And I include them in my daily prayers — loved ones and strangers, alike.

We can’t take a single thing with us when we’re gone. We won’t be laying these superficial earthly things at the gates for entry. They have no value there. Truth be told, they have no real value here.

On your darkest days, and our end of days, you can’t even enjoy the finest jewels laid at your feet.

I really believe in God and in science - energy is perpetual.

What you put in the universe will come back to you multi-fold.

It is why every day, every where I go, with every one I meet - I intentionally aim to make you laugh or smile. I try to help in any way I can.

Because I am blessed and truly grateful. Thanks be to God.

Thank you for those in my life who always lift me up and support me - with the purest of hearts and truth. I see you. 🥰

A school in New York went from rolling out a new AI-powered, humanoid-robot teaching assistant to triggering the potential for a statewide ban of humanoid robots in the classroom. Sally the robot (you'll see an AI-generated preview of what Sally was to look like in the video) was intended to be a teaching tool, and students even helped design it.
