Can finally share this completed commission I have been working on since December! This client wanted a recreation of a classic painting but customized just for her. We incorporated her favorite colors, design elements to make it unique to her, and reimagined the jaguars so they were bedazzled in pieces from her incredible jewelry collection. This 48 inch by 60 inch original acrylic painting will hang in her foyer and I hope it will be cherished forever.

I can officially share why my painting has been minimal and the naps have been plentiful. I’m out of the 1st trimester with baby #2! Due date is June 25 2026 so my next exhibition will be postponed until April 2027.

“Royal Mischief” mockup for my “Party Animals” series … fun fact about me, I love raccoons. Between their adorable little fluffy faces and their teeny tiny little human hands, I would have a pet raccoon if it wasn’t illegal in Texas. I honestly can’t believe I haven’t managed to paint them until now.

“Book Club” mock up for “Party Animals” series…. I originally envisioned it being more pink …. But I also like seeing it in these more elegant neutral tones- beautiful for someone’s office or home library. This would also be the perfect piece to order as a custom commission for a book lover- their favorite titles and colors to match their library or little reading nook. 😍
