Hey yall! Please ignore the crazy eyes but I was excited...lol! I dont know if you all are familiar with the Now We No campaign but it is bringing awareness to women about the dangers of not just tampons but pads. Did you know that the extreme pain that you feel during menstruation or the sickness in your body such as fibroids, yeast infections, bacteria growth, smells and more could be attributed to the pads you wear.
Saturday when I learned that the core of the pad is made from wood chips and other waste particles that is bleached several times to achieve that bright white color and that the pads we wear can contain the equvilant of about four plastic bags I was shocked then appalled.
Anyway there is an alternative it is Cherish these are one hundred percent organic cotton pads that has six layers of protection including an negative ion strip that is super absorbent. I know how my sisters experience terrible pain and now some of us have daughters so I decided to become a distributor.
