Today I had the honor of being interviewed by the Just Peachy Home Care team! 🎙️
Just Peachy is a Atlanta-based home care provider offering elevated, personalized care in the comfort of home — and they took the time to sit down with me to talk about pediatric care, our concierge model, and what it means to support families beyond the traditional doctor’s office.
It was such a meaningful conversation, and I’m honored they included me. The full interview will be available soon — I’ll be sure to share it with you all! 🎉
Thank you to the entire Just Peachy team for having me! 💜
Meet Dr. Jess, the newest voice you'll be hearing from on our page.
She's a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon, and starting this month, she's joining us to talk through something new parents rarely get real answers on, pelvic floor health after birth.
Over the next few weeks she'll be breaking down what's actually normal, what's not, and when it's time to get real support, because your recovery matters just as much as your baby's.
Follow along with her at JNC, and comment CHECKLIST if there's something about postpartum recovery you want her to cover.

Every new parent has a running list of questions at 2am that never gets answered fast enough.
This month we're sharing the exact questions we wish every parent asked before choosing a pediatrician, plus what a home visit and 24/7 access actually change when your baby has a fever and you don't want a waiting room.
Comment QUESTIONS and we'll send the full guide straight to you.
🐾 Parenthood looks a little different in every family... but some things are truly universal. 💙
Whether you’re chasing a curious toddler, surviving sleepless nights, answering the same question for the hundredth time, or trying to keep up with endless energy—parents everywhere can relate. Even in the animal kingdom. 🦆🐻🐧
These funny moments remind us that raising little ones is full of laughter, patience, and unconditional love.
At Pediatric Works, we’re honored to support families through every stage of childhood—from those first newborn visits to every milestone that follows. Whether your family was built through IVF, adoption, surrogacy, or the traditional route, every parenting journey deserves compassionate, personalized pediatric care.
Because while every family’s story is unique, the love that grows a family is universal. ❤️

Bringing your newborn home is exciting, emotional, and full of questions—and your first pediatric visit is an important step in making sure both you and your baby are off to a healthy start. 🤍👶

They went outside to play... and brought a guest. 🐍😅
If you’re raising kids in Atlanta, you know outdoor play doesn’t always stay outdoors — and honestly, that curiosity is a good thing. Getting hands-on with nature (safely!) builds confidence, sensory awareness, and a healthy relationship with the world around them.
A few reminders from our pediatric team for the “creature encounters” of summer:
🐍 Teach kids to look, not touch, with unfamiliar animals
🧤 If they do bring something inside, an adult should handle the “release back outside” part
🧼 Always wash hands after outdoor play, especially after touching bugs, dirt, or critters
📞 Know the signs of a bite or sting reaction, and when to call us
Messy, wild, a little unpredictable — that’s what a real summer looks like. We love seeing it. 💛

💚 July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚
Every child deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care. This month, we recognize the unique challenges that many racial and ethnic minority children and families face, including barriers to care, stigma, discrimination, and inequities that can impact mental well-being.
By educating ourselves, listening to diverse voices, advocating for equitable access to care, and creating inclusive spaces, we can help ensure every child feels seen, heard, valued, and supported.
At Pediatric Works, we are committed to providing family-centered, culturally responsive care that empowers children of all backgrounds to thrive.
Together, we can build a future where mental health care is accessible, equitable, and inclusive for everyone. 💜
