When a bad underground cable knocked out this Roswell HOA's swing gate operator, the fix wasn't just about pulling new wire.
Nick and the NT Security team ran a new underground cable to get the LiftMaster system back in operation. And with all the recent lightning and storm activity in the area, they took the extra step of driving in a new ground rod and installing surge protection -- so the next storm doesn't take the gate down with it.

When an HOA in Dawsonville needed their pool gate brought up to standard, they called NT Security.
We took over the existing gate system and rebuilt it stronger -- 1300-pound magnetic locks, heavy-duty gate closers, and a code-compliant exit button, all welded on. We added a double maglock setup with reinforced brackets on the main gate, and a pad-mount gooseneck emergency egress station so residents can always get out safely.
The result is a gate that opens and closes like a dream -- and isn't going anywhere.

On a hot July day in Covington, GA, Nick upgraded an HOA pool gate that wasn't locking correctly. We removed the worn-out closer and installed a heavy-duty hydraulic slow closer -- bolted and welded solid to handle heavy community use.
Best of all? It passes the crucial 6-inch safety test, preventing the gate from being easily propped open or left unlatched around children and pool guests.
