Meet Cricket — sweet to her core and enough energy to recharge a battery. She needs lots of love and even more attention! She loves to play and enjoys the outdoors like it’s her home.

Gets along well with people and other animals - she’s a true social butterfly. So, if you already have another dog then this would be a good fit, she needs company so the more the merrier! Ideally, she needs to have a stay at home parent or someone that can be with her regularly, as she does have severe separation anxiety.

Cricket needs someone with a lot patience, love and that can provide her with good training. She’s still just a growing pup, so she’s in the process of learning now. Smart girl and is very capable of training, but like most pups she needs to get out her chewies and her zoomies!

She truly is a sweetheart and will lick you until you actually tell her to stop. Her playful nature is so fun to be around and she loves any kind of dog toy and chewing on her bones.

At the end of the day, she loves to curl up next to you, on you, or at your feet. As long as she is close by, she will be flexing that big joyful smile of hers!

Cricket is eight months old and probably a mixture of a few different breeds!

Meet Penny!

Penny is a happy, energetic little girl who is ready to leave her rough start behind and find a family of her own.

Penny and her siblings were abandoned together on a dirt road, so we don’t know their history or exactly what breeds they are. We believe they are around 8 months old. They were very small when they came to us and may have been malnourished for an extended period of time, but they are steadily gaining weight and making great progress.

Penny currently weighs about 22 pounds. We expect her to mature to around 30–35 pounds, although because her breed and history are unknown, she may ultimately stay smaller.

Penny is full of energy and loves to run, play, and have fun. She loves toys, treats, and other dogs, and she is good with kids. She is also a very smart girl who catches on quickly when she’s learning something new.

One thing Penny is still working on is her enthusiasm for people — she tends to jump when she gets excited. She’s learning that all four feet belong on the floor, and her intelligence should make her a quick study.

Penny does have a fairly high prey drive and wants to chase the cat whenever she sees him, so a home without cats would likely be the best fit for her.

She and her siblings have made great progress with house training, and she is continuing to learn and grow into the wonderful young dog she is meant to be.

Meet Elvis! 🖤

Elvis is a wonderful 10-year-old gentleman who is friendly, affectionate, and an absolute purr machine. He loves attention and is the kind of cat who makes it very easy to fall in love with him.

At 10 years old, Elvis is past the wild kitten stage and ready to spend his days relaxing, getting loved on, and keeping his person company. He still has so much love to give and would make an amazing companion.

Meet Cotton!

Cotton is a tiny 12–13-week-old Chihuahua mix with a brave little heart, a curious mind and an impressive talent for turning just about anything into an adventure!

Her mom is a wirehaired Chihuahua mix and her dad is a longhaired Chihuahua mix. Cotton is currently only about 5 pounds and is expected to stay petite, likely around 12–15 pounds or less when fully grown.

Of the sisters, Cotton is definitely the little explorer! She’s eager to meet people, loves other dogs and is much more willing to jump right into a new adventure. While her sisters may need a little encouragement around bigger dogs, Cotton is ready to make friends.

But this brave little girl has a soft side, too. After she’s finished exploring and playing, Cotton loves curling up next to her person for a cozy puppy nap. She gives the sweetest kisses and is already learning that “no” means no.

Cotton sleeps through the night in her crate but is still working on potty training. Like her siblings, she can be frightened by loud noises such as thunderstorms and garbage trucks.

She hasn’t been around cats or young children yet, so we think older, respectful children would be the best fit. With proper introductions, we believe she could learn to adapt to a cat.

Cotton may be tiny, but she’s got confidence, curiosity and plenty of personality packed into those five little pounds!

Meet Daisy!

At 8 years old and 70 pounds, Daisy is the kind of dog who reminds you that life is better when you slow down and enjoy the little things. This sweet hound mix is looking for a family to spend her golden years with, and she has so much love left to give.

Inside the home, Daisy is the definition of easygoing. She loves lounging around, taking naps, and simply being near her people. She's house trained, crate trained, and has wonderful house manners, making her an easy companion to welcome into your home.

Don't let her laid-back personality fool you—Daisy still loves getting outside! Walks are one of her favorite activities, and like any true hound, she enjoys taking her time to sniff every interesting scent along the way.

Daisy has lived with children and has always been gentle and loving with them. She has become more comfortable around other dogs and gets very excited when she sees them. Her excitement often comes with enthusiastic barking and howling, which is simply part of her charming hound personality. Once she's back home, though, she's content to relax and enjoy a quiet evening with her family.

She previously lived with a cat and did well, though it's been some time, so any introductions to feline friends should be done thoughtfully.

If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who enjoys peaceful days at home, leisurely walks, and plenty of love, Daisy may be the perfect addition to your family. She's ready to trade kennel life for a soft bed, a loving home, and a family to call her own.

Daisy does have allergies to grass, which is managed OK with daily Temeril-P (red skin is her main long term symptom). She has been through immunotherapy shots and allergy testing.

Dixie is a precious 12–13-week-old Chihuahua mix who may need a little time to decide that you’re her person, but once she does, you’re going to have one very loving little companion.

Her mom is a wirehaired Chihuahua mix and her dad is a longhaired Chihuahua mix. Dixie is currently only about 5 pounds and is expected to stay a tiny girl, likely around 12–15 pounds or less when fully grown.

Dixie is the gentle, tender-hearted sister. She can be reserved and scared when meeting strangers, and medium and large dogs are especially frightening to her right now. If a bigger dog gets too close, she may scream and try to get away. She will need a family who understands that confidence takes time and is willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace.

Once she feels comfortable, Dixie is incredibly sweet and loving. ❤️

Dixie hasn’t been around cats or young children yet, so we think an older-child home would be the best fit. If there is another dog in her future home, slow and thoughtful introductions will be important.

🐾 Meet Montgomery! 🐾

At just 3.5 pounds, Monty may be tiny… but he has NO idea that he’s supposed to act like it!

Montgomery is a 12-week-old Chihuahua mix with a huge personality and an adventurous little spirit. His mom is a wirehaired Chihuahua mix and his dad is a longhaired Chihuahua mix. We expect him to stay small, likely around 12–15 pounds or less when fully grown.

Monty is happiest when he’s busy! He loves exploring outside, finding the perfect stick, chewing on his toys and wrestling with his doggy friends. He’s curious, playful and independent, and he’s perfectly happy doing his own thing when he’s not busy causing puppy-level mischief.

If you’re looking for a little lap dog who wants to cuddle all day, Monty probably isn’t your guy. He’s more interested in PLAY TIME than lap time — but his silly personality will keep you laughing.

Monty is still learning puppy manners and sometimes gets a little mouthy when he’s excited, so he would do best with adults or older children who understand that puppies need guidance while they learn appropriate play.

He sleeps through the night in his crate and is doing well with his crate routine, but he’s still working on potty training.

He loves other dogs and would enjoy a canine companion who is ready to play! Like his siblings, he’s also sensitive to loud noises such as thunderstorms and garbage trucks. He hasn’t been around cats yet.

Tygress is a girl, gray shorthaired. Loves to cuddle and get scratches. So beautiful and sweet, she likely will be spoiled rotten!

Jess is a girl, black shorthaired, with a small white patch on chest. Her fur is so soft and fluffier than the typical shorthaired. Super sweet, social and playful.

Tyson is a boy, black shorthaired, with a very tiny white patch on his chest. Very playful, loving and entertaining.

Sadie is a girl, black mediumhaired. So sweet, but, she should have been named Sable, so so so soft! I can pet her all day! 

They are all fixed, chipped and vaccinated. And are 5 months old.

Mango and Cheeto are my two new Orange kitty fosters.

Mango is a longhaired, orange, male, tabby. He is the sweetest mama’s boy and wants to be with his person. Mango’s head is a magnet for my hand! If my hand isn’t scratching his hand he makes sure to put my hand on his head! This guy LOVES snuggling, nuzzling and scratches!. I have given have two nicknames,Mr.Personality and Chef Mango. This guy is full of personality and charm, and he makes excellent biscuits. This orange kitty has absolutely everything you’re looking for in a cat and he comes with a magnificent, long fluffy tail.

Cheeto is a shorthaired, orange, male, tabby. He is stunning! He’s a little more reserved and proper than his brother, but I think most cats are. Cheeto needs a little more time, but he’s definitely worth the wait. Every day he blossoms a little more, becoming more social and wanting more affection from me. His favorite spots are in the sink, looking out the window or sunning himself. He loves being pet and sitting in your lap. He’s a such beautiful kitty looking for safety and love.

These loving brothers make a great orange team. So, if you’re looking for two beautiful orange older kittens, Mango and Cheeto are waiting for their forever home.

However, I have four other fosters, 5 months old, 3 black and 1 gray, if you want to mix and match. They all are very friendly and playful with each other. Jess, Tygress, Tyson and Sadie.
