The grind is a sacred place.

When you’re in it, you know it. And at some point, you realize there’s no going back.

Whatever you’re going through, whatever mission you’re on, keep moving.

Last Clarkesville's Growers & Makers Farmers Market of the season. 🍂

Before we move into fall festivals and Christmas markets, I just wanted to stop and appreciate what this season has meant.

It’s been a great year and, more than anything, a foundational experience for GRITBAR. We’ve learned a lot, grown a lot, and met some really good people along the way.

One of my favorite parts has been getting to know other local business owners who are out here doing the same thing. Showing up, putting in the work, and trying to make something happen.

GRITBAR just partnered with Habersham Winery!🔥

Established in 1983, Habersham Winery is one of Georgia’s oldest wineries, right here in the North Georgia mountains. And starting next week, you’ll be able to find GRITBAR products on their shelves.
