At the age of 21 I had mu first grown up conversation, when my doctor told me my immune system was dangerously low and that I was going to have to make some major changes or I would most likely be dead at a very early age! This is when I started my journey of healing my body and my emotions through proper nutrition, exercise and learning proper stress management! I've climbed my way to the top of the corporate ladder only to get awarded those not so lovely Golden Handcuffs!
