A rate confirmation is more than just a document, it sets the terms for the load. đź“„đźš›
Before the truck rolls, make sure you’ve checked the rate, stops, load details, accessorials, broker information, and payment terms.
A few minutes of checking can help prevent delays, disputes, and payment issues later.
Read it before you roll.

A high rate can look good until you look at the full picture. đźš›
Before taking a load, consider the rate per mile, deadhead, fuel costs, pickup & delivery details, and time on the road.
Because the highest-paying load isn’t always the most profitable load.
Don’t just read the rate. Read the load.

POV: Your truck finally has a dispatcher who knows what they’re doing. 🚛
Less searching.
More booked loads.
More miles.
More money. đź’°

Here's something most drivers don't think about until it costs them: the load itself isn't the win. Where it leaves you is.
We've seen $2,800 loads that looked great on paper turn into a day and a half of sitting, because the market on the other end had nothing coming back out.
Meanwhile a "smaller" load that dropped you somewhere active kept the whole week moving.
That's the math we're doing every time, before anything gets booked.
If your dispatcher isn't thinking past the load in front of you, you're probably losing more than you realize. 📉

Bread needs jam. Coffee needs cookies.
And your truck? It needs a dispatcher who's actually got your back. 🤝
Some things just work better together, this is one of them.
If you're running solo and tired of chasing your own loads, let's talk. đźš›

Highest RPM ≠highest profit. 🚫
We see it all the time: an owner-operator grabs the "best paying" load on the board and still ends up in the red for the week.
Why? RPM is only one piece of the puzzle. Deadhead miles, fuel burn, and what your next reload looks like all decide whether that load actually makes you money.
Run the full numbers before you run the load.

$0.15 a mile doesn't sound like much.
Until you run the math. Over 2,200 miles a week, that's an extra $330. Over a year, that's $17,000+ money that's sitting on the table every time you accept a rate without pushing back.
Most owner-operators aren't underpaid because the market is bad. They're underpaid because nobody negotiated.
We check current lane rates before every call, so we're never guessing what a load should actually pay.

Before booking any load, we look beyond the rate. Clear communication, fair pricing, and a strong reputation are green flags that lead to smoother operations and better partnerships.
Which green flag do you value the most? Let us know below.

A high RPM doesn't always mean a more profitable week.
Successful dispatching isn't about chasing the highest rate, it's about making decisions that improve overall performance. Deadhead miles, reload opportunities, fuel costs, and market conditions all play a role in maximizing profitability.
Watch the reel and let us know: Would you prioritize High RPM or Low Deadhead?
Some calculations are easy.
Building a more profitable week takes strategy.
That’s where we come in. 🚛
