A huge thank you to Fulton County Government for their recent award that will further fund permanent supportive housing for the 300+ residents living in our four properties in the county: Welcome House (in Downtown), Phoenix House (in Capitol View Manor), O’Hern House (in Sweet Auburn) & A Way Home (in Southwest Atlanta).

Permanent supportive housing is a proven roadmap to escape the cycle of homelessness. Once the most basic need for housing is met, then wraparound services provided by 3Keys’ staff and partners help residents remain stably housed, attain sources of income, and improve their health outcomes.

Funding for this work is provided in part by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners under the guidance of the Department of Community Development.

Located in the Capitol View neighborhood in southwest Atlanta, Phoenix House is a 69-unit permanent supportive housing community that combines affordable housing with onsite services. This combination is a proven model that helps residents maintain independence and long-term stability after experiencing chronic homelessness and mental illness.

With 30+ years of experience and a heart for service, Pat brings care, precision, and deep purpose to shaping proposals and building relationships with funders.
