In my 16 years in the real estate business, I have seen about 4 distinct markets from 2010-2026. Only one of those distinct markets was definitely a time to sell, if you had a well thought out investment strategy! Other than that it is always a good time to buy, if you have a good buying strategy! Wether you are a first time home buyer or an new investor. Having an experienced real estate agent on your side is worth it's weight in Bitcoin!🙂 What say you real estate agents with more or less experience than myself?
