One of the biggest mistakes I see new GHL VAs make?
They jump straight into building automations before understanding the client’s customer journey.
Before you touch a workflow, ask:
✅ How does a lead enter the business?
✅ What happens after they inquire?
✅ How are appointments booked?
✅ What happens if they don’t respond?
✅ What happens after they become a client?
✅ How do they get asked for reviews or referrals?
Most businesses don’t need more automation.
They need the RIGHT automation.
As a GHL VA, your value isn’t just knowing where to click.
Your value is being able to identify gaps, create a better customer experience, and build systems that support business growth.
The best GHL VAs think like strategists first and builders second.

What are you working on today? Client work? Personal systems?
I have a big project I’m working on for a 90 day system rebuild and today I was all in GHL and AWeber!
My client has many systems they use to run their business and about 50 offers they sell but everything is in a different platforms! Getting it all together for them! Centralizing communication and reporting in GHL and currently building out some foundational pieces in GHL to get ready before I start building in there!
This is what happens when you build your business reactively! Systems become scattered and disjointed!
Do it live once and then sell it over and over again!
