A Way Out Ministries exists to disrupt the vicious cycle of sexual exploitation and trafficking

A Way Out Ministries was founded in Memphis, Tennessee in 1992 and was the first ministry in the US who specifically sought to help topless dancers

Today, we take action against sexual exploitation and pornography by advocating for legislative changes, helping rescue and restore those victimized by and trapped in the sex industry, and educating the community on the harmful impact of the sex industry.

We are grateful to Ranger Construction Memphis, Tn for taking aim at human trafficking every year through their sponsorship of two trap teams from FACS Memphis. Because of their support 8 students every year have participated in our event. We are honored to host these incredible students every year.

We are grateful for the quality Christian education FACS provides students and Ranger Construction making it possible for their students to support our mission every year!

If you have connections with other High School Trap teams or want to sponsor students, message us. It's an incredible experience for students who get to practice competing all while supporting a great cause!

🍎 SURVIVOR LED. TESTIMONIES OF FRUIT. 🍎

“You will know them by their fruits.”
Matthew 7:16–20

There is something incredibly powerful about having a survivor on staff who was rescued through our Call Center seven years ago—and today, she is leading our outreach and case management efforts.

She knows what it means to be in the darkness.
She knows what it means to reach for help.
And now, God is using her to help others find their way toward freedom.

And we are seeing tremendous fruit through her. 🌱

Here are just a few testimonies:

❤️ One dancer we've been ministering to every week now calls us multiple times, sometimes having conversations lasting more than an hour. She isn't only calling when she's in crisis and needs someone to help her regulate her thoughts. She's beginning to reach out simply because she needs support—and, even more beautifully, she is learning to dream again.

❤️ During a recent club outreach, we met a woman who had aged out of foster care and was living in a trailer without running water or electricity. We've taken her out to eat, stayed connected with her throughout the week, and are helping her navigate getting into a long-term program where she can begin healing from the trauma she's experienced.

❤️ Multiple women—and even a man—have found A Way Out through our website. We are walking alongside them and helping them find safety and the resources they need.

❤️ Another woman we've worked with for years, who has danced in both Nashville and Memphis, recently secured her dream job. We couldn't be more proud of her!

For confidentiality, we can't share all the details. But we can tell you this: God is producing fruit.🍊🍎🍇

And that fruit doesn't happen in isolation.

It happens because people pray.
It happens because people volunteer.
It happens because people give.
It happens because people choose to sow into what God is doing.

Every call answered.
Every text sent - now up to 219 survivors reached weekly.
Every outreach bag delivered.
Every meal shared.
Every connection made.
Every woman reminded that she is seen, known, loved, and not alone.

You may never know the full story this side of heaven—but your faithfulness is helping produce fruit.

Will you join us in the fight?

Become a monthly donor and help provide the consistent support it takes to reach women in the shadows, walk alongside them, and help them discover that there really is A Way Out.

🍎 Join us in sowing into the fruit God is producing.

Today we honor Fossett Paving Co for their commitment to take aim at human trafficking as a SILVER SPONSOR at our Sporting Clays Tournament taking place on October 22nd!
Fossett Paving has been a pillar for us, not only in being a sponsor of this event since inseption. We would not have our access road from the front of our campus 2000 feet to the first facility without them. We are also grateful for one of their former long time staff (who has since retired) who provided leadership as a former Board Member. She has also volunteered in our Call Center who reaches and rescues women trafficked online since it started in 2017.
Thank you Fossett Paving for being a pillar for us and our city!
Have paving needs? Look no further than the experts at Fossett Paving!

Our first facility sits high on a beautiful hill. Water runs its natural course and has created huge ditches. Over the years we've hired people to put in culverts to direct the water flow. However, there's a place by the side of the road that continues to erode into unmanageable spaces.
We had gambion rock and rolls of landscape fabric stock piled from previous projects. Thanks to the hardest working volunteers, they filled in a massive ditch that leads to a culvert emptying under our road and into a river. They next laid landscaping fabric and are moving the gambion rock on top.
We are so grateful for them donating heavy equipment, time, labor, and expertise to help us make sure we have safe access.
Do you have a heart to fight human trafficking and exploitation and have heavy equipment and special skills in operating machinery? We have lots of projects and these guys have become like family! We tear up just thinking about much God uses these men at our campus.
With a mission that encounters such darkness and evil, it's so refreshing to have volunteers who sacrificially give literally hundreds of hours keeping our campus safe. One new volunteer from the past few months is retired and goes out and bushhogs our endless pastures, saving us thousands. We sure are blessed with amazing volunteers!
At the end of the month we're excited to host Riveroaks Presbyterian Church's disaster relief team who are going to walk the perimeter fence and cut down any fallen trees.
If you or your church, small group, or business want to come out and serve, email [email protected]. We can't do this important work without you!!

Saying Thank You to The Bank of Fayette County for being a GOLD SPONSOR for our Sporting Clays Tournament does not adequately describe their impact in our mission.

YES, they are a sponsor and have two teams that fully support our Tournament! And they also support us every day of the year through:

✅️ Having someone on our Board (our current Vice Chair)
✅️ Opening their Collierville location for meetings
✅️ Promoting our events at their branches and on social media
✅️ Hosting outreach preparation packing parties monthly, and
✅️ Letting us use their beautiful space for fundraisers.

They've also helped some of our women and staff with their financial planning and banking. They connected one of our graduates to an expert who is providing long term pro bono financial coaching. Because of them, we are watching this brave survivor's discipline that's helping her get out of debt.

When we highlight these businesses who are sponsors we truly want you to know, there are incredible people beind the sponsorships who have become family!

That's what you get when you bank with The Bank. You don't just drop off a deposit or go get a withdrawal. You're greeted by someone who serves and is invested in their community. They see you and care about you! THANK YOU!
