WTF is going on with Texas h**p?
⠀
Ugh, we get it. It’s getting exhausting trying to keep up.
⠀
The answers have been buried under legal jargon, panic posts and an unreasonable number of deltas.
⠀
So here’s the part that actually matters if you buy h**p products in Texas:
⠀
Texas did not ban every h**p product on July 31. The state reinstated a controlled-substance definition that affects delta8 and other similar intoxicating THC isomers.
⠀
Compliant CBD, CBG and h**p-derived delta9 products are still allowed under current Texas rules.
⠀
RDMR gummies are STILL COOL & STILL COMPLIANT.
⠀
Swipe for the consumer version, then send this to the friends you sesh with.
⠀
*This is general information, not legal advice. H**p rules are evolving, and we’ll keep sharing what you actually need to know.
