✨ THE BACKSTORY ON RONI’S CAKE ✨

So Roni’s girlfriend basically gave me FULL creative freedom with this one, and y’all know I LOVE when somebody lets me run with an idea 😂💜

She told me Roni loves purple, elephants, Takeoff, Nicki Minaj, cheetah print, gold, and ALL things shiny ✨ She also sent me some pictures of Roni that she wanted featured throughout the cake because… let’s be real, Roni is BEAUTIFUL! 😍

She also wanted a burnaway effect, so I knew I had to make the reveal just as special as the cake itself. We did the date on top and then once the burnaway happened… BOOM! Another picture of Roni for the reveal 🥹🔥

Honestly, this cake was SO much fun to design because I was able to take all the little details she gave me and turn them into something completely customized.

And I HAVE to give my girl Heli her flowers 💐 She came through with the customization and helped bring the whole vision together with the box. I basically gave her all my ideas and she made it HAPPEN! 🥹💜

I’m genuinely so grateful for everybody who trusts me with their special moments and gives me the creative freedom to do my thing. This one was definitely one of those cakes where I was having FUNNNN. 😂

Cake Box: heli'scraftycreations

Story time… I had a Hot Wheels cake order for my friend’s son, Santiago. While taking the details, I somehow got the name Sebastian stuck in my head because I was thinking about two other kids I know with that name. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Fast forward to cake delivery… I drop it off, go about my day, and 20 minutes later I get a message: “Did you make a cake for another boy?” 😭

I’m like… “No, why?”
He says, “Because this one says SEBASTIAN.” 💀

Y’all… I went back and checked the messages and immediately realized what I had done. 😂

Thankfully, it was an easy fix and I was back within 30 minutes to correct it. Santiago got his Hot Wheels cake with HIS name on it, and all was well. 🏎️💨❤️

Moral of the story: I’m human, I make mistakes too. 😂 What matters is owning it, fixing it, and making sure my customers still get what they ordered. 🫶🏼
