🍂 October is almost here, Grizzly Families! 🐻
Check out our October Events Calendar to stay up to date on all the activities and important dates happening at Gilbert Elementary.
📅 Save the dates, and we look forward to another great month with our Grizzly community! 💙🧡

🚀 Every Day Counts in DVISD! 📚✨

When students are here, they are growing, connecting, and building their futures. Missing just 2 days a month means missing 10% of the school year—and every lesson matters!

Let's work together to make attendance a priority this week!

The Gilbert Elementary PTO meeting is tonight at 6pm in the Gilbert Library. Parents, we want your thoughts and ideas! You can join virtually as well if that is easier for you. The virtual link will be shared in ParentSquare. Hope to see you there!

🍂 We Need Our Gilbert Volunteers! 🍂

Our Gilbert Fall Festival is coming up on Thursday, November 5th, and we need your help making it a success! 💙🧡

We are currently looking for volunteers to help us collect donations for our Silent Auction. If you know a local business, own a business, or work somewhere that may be willing to donate an item, service, or gift card, we would love your help reaching out!

We have donation request letters ready for volunteers to share with businesses.

Funds raised through our Fall Festival help support field trips, student activities, and special events throughout the school year.

🙋 Interested in helping? Comment below or send us a message!

Every donation and every helping hand makes a difference for our Grizzlies! 🐻
