The Write Remedy Coach
Writing like the concept of faith, can only be realized by exercising it.
Using critical self-reflection, the Write2Heal experience is a journey that invites its participants to transform within the clarity that "all things work together for the good".
Yesterday, I watched a man on the corner near my neighborhood completely locked into his training. No audience. No excuses. Just commitment.
As Beyoncé’s “Big Ego” played in the background, I couldn’t help but smile.
Discipline has a way of inspiring discipline.
So for the remainder of these 90 days…
I’m locked in.
Not because I’m chasing perfection.
Because I’m remembering the woman I’ve always been.
One healthy meal.
One workout.
One walk.
One sunrise.
One choice at a time.
This isn’t about proving anything to anyone else.
It’s about keeping the promises I make to myself.
Locked in. 🌉💪🏾🤎
🌧️☔️ Day 10 of 90 Reclaiming My Dance💃🏽
Not the choreography.
Not the performance.
The freedom.
The kind of dance that happens when no one is watching…
when the rain becomes your music…
and joy becomes your only audience.
Today, I remembered something:
I’ve spent enough years surviving.
It’s time to dance.
💃🏾☔️
✨ Day 8 of 90 | Reclaiming My Joy
Apparently, there’s a trend going around encouraging us to be more whimsical.
Mission accepted. 😊
So here’s a mashup of me and Lady GingerSnap…
Yawning at each other.
Zoomies.
Blowing kisses.
Watching the world go by through the car window.
Laughing at absolutely nothing.
A few months ago, I might have thought moments like these were distractions from “real life.”
Now I realize they are real life.
This 90-day wellness journey has become about so much more than lowering blood sugar, building muscle, or creating healthier habits.
It’s about reclaiming my joy.
Making time to play.
Finding wonder in ordinary moments.
Learning to laugh again.
And somewhere between carrying a puppy who desperately wants to sniff every blade of grass and letting myself be completely silly…
I’ve been finding myself again. 🤎🐾

👑🐶 A Royal Update from Lady GingerSnap of Bridgerton
Mother insists I had a “busy day.”
Personally, I would describe it as fulfilling my royal obligations.
First, I toured the kingdom and greeted many of my adoring subjects. They seemed quite delighted to see me and, naturally, I accepted their compliments with grace and dignity.
Then Mother placed me in what she keeps calling a “shopping cart.”
I have repeatedly explained that it is clearly a royal carriage.
After greeting the people, I traveled through the kingdom in Mother’s rolling carriage while she sang loudly, danced in her seat, and occasionally remembered she was supposed to be driving.
Upon returning home, I inspected the gardens, supervised flower maintenance, rolled dramatically in the grass, and posed for approximately 4,972 photographs.
Might I add that Mother’s picture-taking has become slightly excessive.
A lady deserves privacy.
Occasionally.
Now, after a full day of public appearances, flower inspections, and maintaining morale throughout the kingdom, I have retired for my afternoon nap.
Please hold all calls.
Unless snacks are involved.
👑🐶💤
Mother says this was a walk.
I say it was a diplomatic mission, a garden inspection, a public appearance, a flower symposium, three snack negotiations, and a much-needed nap.
History will record it correctly.
👑🐾🌸
Love,
Lady GingerSnap of Bridgerton

The first photo-set: “I am contemplating matters of state.” 🌸
The upside-down photo-set: “The state has become complicated.” 👀
The sleeping photo-set: “After much deliberation, I have chosen nap.” 💤👑🐶💕
👀🐶👑
Lady GingerSnap here.
After careful review, extensive tail-wagging, and several unauthorized ear kisses…
I am pleased to announce that King Joseph has officially accepted my application for friendship.
…for now. 😏
What makes this moment so special is that Joseph has always had very specific needs when it comes to his personal space, touch, and sensory comfort. So watching him allow this tiny four-legged ambassador of chaos to climb into his lap, snuggle against his face, and shower him with puppy affection has been nothing short of beautiful.
Sometimes the smallest blessings create the biggest smiles.
And somehow, this little girl seems to know exactly how much joy she’s brought into our home.
Watching these two learn each other, trust each other, and build their own unique friendship has been one of the sweetest unexpected gifts of this season.
Now whether Her Ladyship can continue her successful takeover of King Joseph’s kingdom…
…remains to be seen. 👀🐾👑
Stay tuned.
Looking at these pictures, I wonder if Lady GingerSnap is helping Joseph do a little bit of the same thing.
Not through words.
Not through therapy.
Not through explanations.
Just through consistent affection, trust, and presence.
That little tail-wagging diplomat may be doing more healing work than she realizes. 🐾💛👑
Hey, no need to respond. I’m just putting this all together. I loved your ending message to me and so I added it to the post… No need to respond unless you just are overwhelmed with the Adorableness of it all.
Joseph: “I have boundaries.”
Lady GingerSnap: “Noted. Anyway…” 👑🐶💋
