• Experience in water, fire, and mold restoration preferred

• Ability to operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors)

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Available for emergency/on-call work when needed

• Good communication and customer service skills

• IICRC certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to follow safety procedures and job site protocols
