More inventory means buyers have more negotiating power, more options, and a little more time to make decisions. Sellers can still be successful, but pricing and presentation matter more than ever.

The market is finding its balance. Inventory remains healthy, prices are holding steady, and motivated buyers are still making moves.

Big congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their beautiful new home as they prepare for retirement! 🏡⛳

Seeing the impact this program has on students makes it all worth it. When I took over the Real Estate program in 2025, we had 10 seniors earn graduation cords. This year we’re up to 39 — a 290% increase!

I may be creating more competition for myself in Texas Real Estate 😂, but I hope one day I get to work a deal with some of these students.

Teaching as an active Realtor gives students real-world exposure they can’t get from a textbook alone, and I’m proud of the future professionals coming out of this program.
