One month ago tomorrow, April 13th around 11 pm, I became a Grandpa… aka Big Poppa! Meet my grandson Luke Emmanuel Anderson. What a blessing of joy he is. I’m bustin’ out with pride. Huge congrats to my son Isaac and his lovely wife Iliana. The whole family was there to greet our next gen Anderson!

St Patrick’s Day 1988 was my Mom’s funeral. That was 38 years ago today. So every year since I make a toast to my Mom who was the best Mom I could ever ask for. She died at 53, way too young. I miss you Mom every day. Have a pint in heaven for me. Love you.

It’s been 8 months since my major right knee injury with my quadriceps tendon rupture, and I am finally back to all things physical including riding on my road bike. Thank you God for modern medicine.

They make me a prouder and prouder Daddy each and every day. Love you so much Isaac and Seth.

Seth and Isaac: thanks so much for making me a super proud Daddy on Father’s Day. I can’t wait to hug and kiss on you both real soon. Love you so much.
