Man, I love this salad. English cucumbers, Fuji apples, fresh mint, peanuts, Thai chilies, sesame lime dressing. Perfect for brutal summer heat! 🔥

It’s so hard to take photos when I’m cooking for a dinner party. It’s more important to get the food out while it’s hot IMHO. But here’s an app I did last week - pan seared Halloumi in a spicy-sweet Calabrian chile glaze with crushed pistachios.

That’s a wrap! What a great way to soft launch Double Kick cheesecakes. We sold out of lemon & had a few chocolate left. Thanks to & everyone else that bought and sampled the cakes.
