Real Estate Vocabulary you need to know 🏡🧐

🔑Pre-Approval — A lender says how much you may qualify to borrow before you start house hunting.

📜Under Contract — The seller accepted an offer, and the buyer and seller are now in the process of closing.

⏳Option Period — A short period when the buyer can cancel the contract for any reason (depending on the contract terms).

💵Earnest Money — A deposit that shows the buyer is serious about purchasing the home.

🏡Appraisal — An estimate of the home’s market value, usually done by a licensed appraiser.

📂Escrow — Money or documents held by a neutral third party until the conditions of the transaction are met.
