A lot development sometimes fits in a single frame.
One pass can captures everything, every lot, the streets, the grading, where phase I ends and phase II begins.
For a developer, it's a progress record and it's the image that shows a buyer what the neighborhood is becoming.
The big jobs get the attention, but the small ones are often where one aerial does the most work.

Nothing's more satisfying than seeing it before and after the structure goes up.
Same site, same angle, months apart.
That's the whole point of documenting from the first day of dirt work. You don't get this frame later. You either captured it or you didn't.

Drone work in oil and gas industry is half tech, half field job.
Sometimes, it's a hard thing to explain.
A quick realization is the truck seems to never be at the office because of the maneuverability that the field demands.

A facade inspection used to mean someone on a rope, working a swing stage two hundred feet up.
As we expand our services to the industry, we find a drone gets the same detail, cracks, spalling, sealant failure, without putting anyone on the side of the building.
Faster, safer, and the resolution holds up to what an engineer actually needs.
The standards have evolved.

The natural progression of a construction project can depend on so many factors. Capturing it all from the sky and collaborating with the general contractor, everyone appreciates the data, and it's satisfying to watch it all come together on film.

After a decade in this industry, we think part of the job is being a resource.
There's good reason to educate and to show what the technology can actually do. We're the professionals in the room, and we also want to keep learning from the operators, contractors, and pilots doing this work every day.
That exchange is how the whole industry gets better.
