Lotsa Shimmer specializes in functional kiln-formed art, including fused glass plates, upcycled bottles, and fused glass and metal clay jewelry.
This shop was founded in memory of my dad - Larry Stricklin - for fundraising and awareness towards the fight against ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis - commonly known as "Lou Gehrig's Disease"). A portion of proceeds will be donated to research and patient services.

I initially started beading, but learned about fused glass in 2008 and signed up for a class. I bought my first kiln later that year and since then have branched into upcycling bottles, working with iron-oxide image on glass, and working with metal clay. I love experimenting with glass and am frequently working towards expanding my line of offerings.
