Join us for lunch and learn, Building Trust: Emotional Intelligence in Construction!

Construction is built on people just as much as it is built on concrete, steel, and schedules.

Projects succeed when teams communicate clearly, navigate conflict productively, build trust quickly, and respond effectively under pressure. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to understand your own emotions, recognize the emotions of others, and communicate in ways that strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.

This interactive workshop explores practical emotional intelligence skills that construction professionals can apply immediately with owners, designers, trade partners, field teams, and fellow leaders.

Participants will learn how to:
-Respond instead of react
-Navigate difficult conversations
-Build trust with diverse project teams
-Communicate under pressure
-Increase influence without relying on authority
-Create stronger relationships that improve project outcomes

The goal is not to remove emotion from construction, it is to turn emotion into productive communication, better decisions, and stronger relationships!
