I recently looked at our numbers and realized that since opening Home Connect Pathway in October 2023, we’ve had the privilege of taking care of 2,373 clients.

That number means so much to me, but not simply because of the growth it represents.

When a Realtor sends me a client, they’re trusting me with a relationship they worked hard to build. I feel a tremendous responsibility to take care of that person with the highest level of care I can provide.

Over the years, I’ve watched so many Realtors work incredibly hard to build their businesses and relationships. And quietly, behind the scenes, I’ve been building mine alongside them. providing that extra layer of personalized support for their clients.

There have been seasons when I’ve been quieter at networking events or on social media. Most of the time, it’s because I’m back here doing the work - answering calls, researching options, solving problems, following up and making sure the clients already entrusted to us are taken care of.

I’ve learned that building something meaningful doesn’t always require being the loudest person in the room.

Sometimes it’s simply showing up and living by the values you started with:

I’m incredibly grateful for 2,373 clients, but even more grateful for every Realtor and partner who trusted Home Connect Pathway with them.

And 2,373 clients later, the responsibility I feel toward the next one is just as important as it was with the first. 💛
