Designed for childhood, but made to grow with him.

For this nursery, we wanted to create a space that felt imaginative and playful without feeling temporary.

The watercolor mountain landscape became the backdrop, layered with deep green millwork, navy textiles, warm woods and subtle woodland details to give the room depth and character.

In the adjoining bathroom, we took a more playful approach with a lakeside feel that ties back to the bedroom while still giving the space its own personality.

A room he can enjoy now, and one that won’t need to be completely reinvented as he grows.

A little piece of paradise •••

Our clients asked us to create a Hawaiian-inspired room that felt fun and playful, but still elevated and cohesive with the rest of the home.

We started with the tropical mural and built everything around it, from the pink ceiling and scalloped wood detail to the natural finishes, artwork and storage.

We also carried the theme into the adjoining bathroom, using coral tones, brass, natural wood, greenery and coastal details so the two spaces felt connected.

This is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Give us the idea, and we’ll take it further.
