Box Alarm Ready

Time: 7am-7pm

We are bringing back Engine Ops. We will be performing line Pt with a gear workout like we did for the first class. This class is designed to test your perform while fatigued. We will do the work with you and help you along the way. We will be going over the following topics.

-First in drills
-Short setback deployments
-Proactive driver
-Flowing and moving/ 2.5 inch

The class will be free $0 to all participants, as always the buy in will be the Gear workout!

Do you have to work out in gear?
Not if you don’t want to.

Do you have to train in your gear?
You should.

Because when the public calls for that 3AM fire, they expect a well-trained crew that’s dialed in, competent, and ready to perform under stress.

The fireground is not the place to figure out how your gear feels, how your body reacts under heat and fatigue, or how to move and work while exhausted.
