This is my recreation of a classic Hawaiian dish, the loco moco. When we are missing Hawaii we like to see if we recreate dishes that we tried and this is one of Danny's favorites. Now that I have recently started to eat over easy eggs I decided to give it a try and im so glad that I did.
gravy recipe:
2 1/2 c beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Worschishire sauce
3 tsp ketchup
2 tbsp cornstarch
