How did you stay hydrated today?

Lunch..
Salad with tomatoes, yelllw bell pepper, left over chicken thigh (1/2 of one), leftover Brussels, feta, 1/2 can of tuna, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and my amazing Italian dressing. (Still my favorite!)
Have you tried the Italian dressing?
What’s your favorite on plan salad dressing?

It’s hot here in Texas!!
Have you tried my healthy lemonade? I picked up a bag of lemons today from Sam’s and I’ll be making a gallon of this tomorrow!
What refreshing drink did you enjoy today?
(I made an earth milk this morning😉)
I also enjoyed some strawberry kefir and London fog (earl gray with steamed almond milk).

God is talking to me…
And I am listening. I had the privilege of attending the THM Gathering in Franklin and I won this Wendy Speake book… but before that I was just really feeling a strong draw to immerse myself more and more in His Word.

And this quote… it’s from a great book I just downloaded on my kindle. It seems great so far.

Recently I just feel such a … um… excitement? Urgency? Attraction? Draw? I’m struggling to find the right word here. But I feel the need for my overall health to immerse myself and my mind in His Word.
I also ordered a new chronological Bible to read. I’ll be starting that Friday. (Because I accidentally had it sent to my house in Weatherford instead of here to Franklin.)
I’ll be driving home tomorrow…. But I also recently downloaded an audio version of the Bible that I am loving.
I believe God wants to transform me and He has some riches for me to discover….. and I sm so excited!

Lunch today…
Purple sweet potatoes (baked yesterday in bulk.. because it’s easier to bake in bulk and it really helps with starch resistance and insulin health)
Sardines..: protein! And omegas ..
cottage cheese.. complete protein
Curry powder … because yum!

Opportunity for local ladies (Weatherford/ Azle Texas area)

Support and encouragement..
I know several years ago when the hot flashes began assaulting me and I started trying to navigate that crazy journey, I felt ill prepared and alone… perimenopause and menopause is tough y’all!
Recently I was thinking about all of that and how to best help women on their journey toward overall health and hormone health.
Support is a huge part of that!
Getting together on a regular basis to connect and share wins and pray and work together to move toward our individual goals.
I want to host this in my home every month. And I want to start Friday morning, July 17, 9:30-11:00.
I’m gauging interest at this time and still figuring everything out, but I’m very excited about the possibilities.
Feel free to invite friends that need support and encouragement in this season.

And I had the honor of speaking today .. the value of community: you aren’t meant to do health alone.
