Today September 20th is the greatest day EVER. Today we celebrate National Pepperoni Day, National Fried Rice Day, National Punch Day and National String Cheese Day. Just typing this brings a tear to my eye.

September 19, 2016 - The Baltimore City Council officially approved a historic $660 million public financing package for the massive Port Covington redevelopment project. The 12–1 vote authorized the largest tax-increment financing (TIF) deal in Baltimore's history. Backed by Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank and his firm, Sagamore Development Co., the $5.5 billion waterfront project aimed to transform 266 acres of underutilized industrial land into a "city within a city," featuring a new global headquarters for Under Armour, housing, offices, retail spaces, and parks.
