The first solo album after the Revolution disbanded is one of the most critically acclaimed albums in pop music and widely being regarded as his best album. Often regarded as a masterpiece, some critics have praised Sign o’ the Times as the best album of the 1980s.

Finally met the legend and my all time favorite musician Herbie Hancock Last night in Baltimore ! In the crazy downpour I left my Headhunters record at home but grateful for my guy IB The Soulbrother with the setlist assist for me to grab the signature! Not the best pic but the moment is forever.

Stevie’s 19th Studio Album definitely stands out as a departure from his magnum opus “Songs in the Key of Life” and 1979’s under-promoted but also incredible “Secret Life of Plants”.

Hotter than July would be his first of the 1980’s incorporating more synth, innovation and funk grooves. “Master Blaster” the album’s first single was inspired by Bob Marley, a playful country twang to “I Ain’t Gonna Stand for It” + Classic Stevie vibes on “All I Do” and of course: “Happy Birthday” to honor Martin Luther King, Jr.

You know I’m on that no distractions everything old is cool train. Been researching a lot of iPod mods but this is my version of a modded iPod classic 5th Gen. Battery and Hard drive still in good shape. After much deliberation the 20.00 Bluetooth transmitter works! Will attempt to 3D print a clip for it but double stick adhesive works just fine! ✌🏼❤️🔈
