It is non-refundable, and goes towards the total for performed services. If the deposit is not paid within 24hrs of service agreement, your spot will not be held. The booking policy must also be acknowledged at the time of service agreement. If you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule, the deposit will be held for rescheduled date (notice must be given before scheduled appointment time). NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment without notice prior to the scheduled time, it will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis and at my discretion. Thank you for understanding.
